Most penguins live in and around Antarctica.
Facts:
* Penguins are flightless birds. They have adapted flippers to swim in water.
* The male Emperor Penguin incubates the eggs for about 2 months, not the females!
* Penguins live in large groups to protect themselves from predators like sharks.
Threats:
About 2/3 of penguin species are threatened due largely to global warming, making them one of the most endangered seabirds.
